Published human trials on Lion’s Mane and cognition used 1,050 to 3,000 mg per day — and the whole human evidence base is five randomised trials and three pilot studies, with the clearest result in people already diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment. A 30 mg strip does not deliver a studied dose and we won’t imply that it does. No published trial has tested this four-mushroom combination. These four mushrooms have a long history of traditional culinary and wellness use, which is the honest basis for including them.*
