We want you to love your MELTs. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Our Policy

Due to the nature of wellness and consumable products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items. However, we offer a full refund or replacement for:

  • Items that arrived damaged or defective
  • Orders that were lost in transit
  • Incorrect items sent

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email hello@themajesticx.com within 14 days of your delivery date with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We'll review your request within 2 business days and confirm your refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Contact us at hello@themajesticx.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can cancel orders that have not yet been processed for fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
