Every Majestic X order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, email hello@themajesticx.com within 30 days of your delivery date and we’ll refund your full purchase price. Opened, used, half-finished — it doesn’t matter. No questions asked.

How it works

1. Email hello@themajesticx.com within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number.
2. We’ll send you return instructions. Send the products back — opened or unopened, both are fine. Return shipping is on us if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect; otherwise you cover the return postage.
3. Once your return is on its way (tracking accepted), your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, defective, lost, or incorrect orders

If your order arrived damaged or defective, was lost in transit, or the wrong items showed up — contact us and we’ll make it right with a full refund or a replacement, your choice, including any shipping costs.
