Thank you for shopping with Majestic X. We partner with Supliful, our fulfillment provider, to get your MELTs to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at hello@themajesticx.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Majestic X is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@themajesticx.com immediately.
